How to order?

1. Place an order. Please ensure your email address is correct otherwise you will not receive your order confirmation email.
2. After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive any form of email reply or confirmation from us it may be found in your ‘junk folder’ please always check there first. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, please make your payment within 5 days and to speed up your order processing, send bank transfer copy to [email protected]
3. All orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise advised.

Payments

We accept bank transfer payments.

We are not responsible for additional expenses incurred by your card issuer or bank or customs fees that may arise.

BeautyArt Ltd., is based in EU, Latvia, therefore all orders are processed in EUR. When you checkout your payment will be processed in EUR, then converted by your financial institution. The financial institution that issues your credit card or PayPal determines the exact exchange rate charged and any fees. The invoice you receive with your order will be displayed in EUR and not your converted currency.

Please note your shipping price does not include any import taxes/duties or miscellaneous charges incurred in your country. These are solely your responsibility.

If you live in a remote area there may be an additional freight fee. We will advise this before shipping your order.

Gift cards and discount codes

If you would like to use a Gift card to pay for your order or you have a discount code, please enter your code at the checkout.
